Swim Meet Skills Instruction

This Friday evening and next (November 1 & 8) Alex will be using about half of the practice to work on starts and turns with those planning to attend the Guelph meet (which is Nov 10 if you want to sign up!).

I think 5 of our club members have registered to go.  If you have never gone to a meet, this one might be a good start. It is relatively close by and has an afternoon start ☺ 

If you need help with event choices, entry times etc. just ask Alex!

Note:  All club members (including morning and Saturday members) who wish to work on those skills are welcome to attend the 2 upcoming Friday practices even if you are not going to the Guelph meet!  Depending on interest, Alex will likely use one third of the pool to work on the skills and the rest of the pool will remain "as usual" for the workout to continue for swimmers not interested in the instruction.
