Coached fitness training and stroke correction for swimmers 18 years and older. Motivations include fitness, triathlon training, and competitive swimming. All members may compete in local and provincial Masters Swimming events. Competitive swimming experience not required.

March Swimming Reminders...
Good News: Spring is on the way! ๐ท๐ท๐ท๐
While we wait, here are some reminders for your March swimming calendar...
1) Both morning and evening clubs DO swim during March Break.
2) The Saturday Swims are on a revised schedule due to Hill Park pool booking restrictions... See the sidebar of this blog for all dates.
NOTE: March Saturday Swims ONLY on March 2 and March 9 at the regular 8:30 am time
NO SWIMMING March 16, 23 & 30
Then back to the regular schedule April 6 and onward
Keep in mind that there are still opportunities for you to compete!
