You will
need your MSO number to create an account and get started; send a quick email
to Linda (ancastermasters@gmail.com)
and she will send your MSO number to you.
Basically, it is a way of tracking all of your hard work … at the end of each practice you can log on to enter the total metres of the workout, or you can even break it down by stroke and keep track of how much you are swimming in each stroke — though it is the only totals that get officially entered. I’m sure that Alex would help us by including the totals at the end of each work out. J
The club totals are recorded each month on the MSC website … I see that AMSC was on the board(for the first time) in October 2016, and that we have cumulatively swum 7200 m so far in November … and that's only for those two people who have recorded their swims! Let’s get a club challenge going to see what we REALLY swim. I think you’ll be surprised what you actually accomplish over the course of season!
