Get Ready for September With Pre-Season Swim Workouts!


A message from our coach:
 
I have made 3 workouts for anyone interested in a little pre-season swimming. I would like to mention that the first few weeks of our season will be designed to ease back into the pool and are heavily involved in technical work to set a good foundation for the year. So people should not be worried about whether or not they swam over the summer, or if they do these workouts or not. However, these workouts will make the transition a little easier.
