Workout Idea - Two Levels of Difficulty to Choose From!


Here's how it works:

Use the first chart for a more challenging workout or the second for an easier exercise:

Options:
- Workout to your name: Each Letter of your name corresponds to the exercise and reps you need to do! (Lucky you if you have a short name😉)

- Use your "lane mates" names in alphabetical order - one name each day.
- Do your month of birth
- Workout to your family members/ friends names and challenge them to do your name 

- Do your fave meal on Saturday and your fave dessert on Sunday.
